Shwiky Meats specializes in Deer Processing. We can skin, cut and package your Deer meat. We can also process Bear, Elk and Moose. We welcome all deer hunters to bring in their latest kill. All of our deer processing is done on location. We accept whole animals. You also have the option of getting your own meat back. Shwiky meats  also offer an afterhour’s drop off for your continence.

$50 Deposit for Sausage Processing

All processing fees and deposits MUST BE PAID IN FULL at the time of Drop off.

Wild Game Sausage Prices:

  • Single batches done in 12 lbs minimum.
  • Single batches are your own meat back.
  • Mixed batches are mixed with everyone else that has mixed batches.
  • Sausages prices are determined by fished weights.
  • Example: 12 lbs trimmings will make 25 lbs sausage.

All meats and sausages are Packed and are placed in freezer until ready to be picked up at time of notification. You will have one week to pick up meat or $5.00 per/day storage fee will be applied unless we are notified.
